London-listed Gaming Realms has signed a long-term partnership with fellow bingo-focused operator Jackpotjoy Group, including a supply deal and a £3.5m convertible loan agreement.
The ten-year framework services agreement will see Gaming Realms provide Jackpotjoy with various real-money games on favourable terms, including its range of Slingo Originals content.
Jackpotjoy has also agreed a separate deal to launch a white label site, JackpotHappy.com, on Gaming Realms' proprietary platform.
