Penn National Gaming has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire rival regional casino operator Pinnacle Entertainment in a deal valued at approximately US$2.8bn.
Pinnacle owns and operates 16 gaming and entertainment facilities in 11 jurisdictions across the US, including Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
