Spain’s e-commerce turnover increased by 26 per cent to €7.79bn in the third quarter of 2017, with gambling and betting accounting for 3.5 per cent of the total.
The highest level of e-commerce spend was with travel agencies and tour operators at €1.22bn, equivalent to 16 per cent of turnover, followed by air transport (€767.4m) and clothing (€395.7m).
