Stockholm-listed sports betting affiliate Better Collective has closed a directed new share issue of 4m shares to raise capital for its M&A growth strategy.
The new share issue was closed at a price of SEK78 per share and will raise proceeds of around SEK312m (approx. €29.5m) before transaction costs.
The company said that the new share issue was significantly oversubscribed due to high demand from Nordic and international institutional investors.
