Verona-based online and retail games supplier Octavian Gaming Solution has acquired a 50 per cent stake in Italian online slot and table game developer WorldMatch.
The strategic partnership will allow the newly structured company to combine Octavian's experience in the Italian land-based amusement with prize (AWP) market, including its development sites in Italy, Russia and the UK, with WorldMatch’s consolidated presence in the iGaming market.
