US casino operator Wynn Resorts has confirmed that Philip Satre has succeeded D. Boone Wayson as chairman of the company’s board.
Satre joined the board in August as vice chairman, ahead of Wayson's retirement.
Wayson has served as a director of Wynn Resorts since August 2003 and been chairman since February of this year.
