Gaming operator Paddy Power Betfair has announced a €15m payment to the Greek tax authority relating to three years of operations in the market, and a €40m tax assessment in Germany, both of which the company contests.
The company said Wednesday that it paid €15m in taxes, penalties and interest in January 2019 to Greek authorities relating to paddypower.com's Greek interim licence and operations in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
