Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has issued a fine of €400,000 to two companies, Exinvest Limited in Cyprus and 1X Corp. N.V. in Curaçao, for providing unlicensed online gambling services to Dutch consumers.
The fine follows an investigation by the Dutch regulator, which found that the companies were serving the market through two primary domains, 1xbet.com and xbet-1.com. Both sites offered gameplay in Dutch as well as the local payment processing option iDeal.
