The Netherlands gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has fined online casino operator Casumo €310,000 for targeting Dutch consumers without a local license.
The fine follows an investigation by the KSA, which found that it was possible to gamble with Casumo from the Netherlands using the Dutch payment method iDeal.
The KSA said that Casumo offered more than 800 casino games to Dutch consumers and responded to Dutch customer support queries, although the answers were in English.
