Denmark’s former monopoly operator Danske Spil has acquired licensed Danish iGaming brand TivoliCasino.dk from amusement park operator Tivoli.
Danske Spil has taken over operation of the site after paying an unspecified amount for the assets related to the online brand, as well as agreeing to royalty payments to Tivoli over the next 10 years for use of the brand.
