Pennsylvania’s eight licensed sportsbooks collected total sports handle of $36.8m during the month of April, with Rivers Casino maintaining its market leadership position.
Total handle was down 17 per cent compared to the previous month’s record high of $44.5m, despite a full month’s contribution from Boyd Gaming’s Valley Forge Casino Resort and the Valley Forge Race and Sportsbook, which both opened in mid-March.
