A court in Australia has fined gaming operator Tabcorp for offering illegal inducements to bet in New South Wales.
Downing Centre Local Court in Sydney issued the penalty on 3 July after Tabcorp pleaded guilty to breaching New South Wales (NSW) gaming laws with a promotion that appeared in its mobile app in October 2018.
