Oslo-listed River iGaming has completed its acquisition of Gaming Realms’ Grizzly B2B gaming platform and outstanding 30 per cent stake in the company’s Bear Group subsidiary.
The transaction completes Gaming Realms withdrawal from the UK real-money B2C gaming market, with the company now focusing on its higher margin and expanding Slingo game development and licensing business.
