The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) has suspended all new online gaming license applications in response to concerns about offshore gambling operators.
PAGCOR chief executive Andrea Domingo said Monday that the suspension will allow the corporation to address all the issues and concerns regarding offshore gambling, with the spokesman of Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte confirming that the suspension will remain in effect until further notice.
