European gaming and lottery operator Sazka Group has commenced a voluntary tender offer to take full control over Greek gaming operator OPAP.
Sazka Group made a €2.06bn bid to acquire the 67.27 per cent share in OPAP that it does not currently own in July.
Following approval by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission (HCMC) Monday, the company has now launched a voluntary tender offer to all OPAP shareholders.
