Italy and US-focused Newgioco Group has launched its first sportsbook in the United States at Northern Winz’ Rocky Boy tribal casino in Montana.
Newgioco’s ELYS sports betting platform took its first bet over the weekend on an Indian Horse Relay Class 1 event held at the tribal reservation, and is now set up for a full season of operations throughout the 2020 Indian Horse Relay Racing Schedule.
