The Ukrainian government has introduced draft legislation to regulate gambling across the country.
Last month Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy directed his government to legalise gambling in an effort to combat the shadow economy and stimulate investment activity in the country.
Draft legislation (No. 2285) was introduced late last week by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, with the aim of comprehensively streamlining the organization and conduct of gambling.
