Congressman Frank Pallone Jr confirmed Monday that he will be introducing federal legislation that would amend the 1992 Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA) to allow New Jersey to regulate sports betting with the state.
Congressman Pallone said that the bill would exclude New Jersey from the federal prohibition on professional and amateur sports gambling.
