Plans to allow internet gambling in Mississippi may have died, but online poker legislation in Iowa won the support of the state Senate Tuesday and now moves on to a vote in the House.
Iowa’s SF2275 (successor to SB3164) establishes a licensing regime under the authority of the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission for state licensed gaming operators to also offer online poker to players within the state.
