Denmark's state-controlled gaming operator Danske Spil has made changes to its organisational structure, establishing two new subsidiaries as the company prepares for the partial liberalisation of the Danish gaming market, expected to take place in mid-2011.
Alongside the company’s Danske Automat subsidiary which operates VLTs across the country, the newly established subsidiaries, Danske Licens Spil and Danske Lotteri Spil, will divide the company’s remaining businesses into two divisions, run separately by two newly appointed managing directors.
