London-listed digital sports content provider Perform Group has teamed up with American City Business Journals (ACBJ), a division of US digital and print publisher Advance Publications, to establish a new consumer-facing North American sports website.
Perform Sporting News Ltd will combine Perform's US and Canadian consumer and advertising businesses, e-player and Goal, with the digital assets of ACBJ's consumer web division, Sporting News, to reach an estimated 33 million average monthly unique users.
