US gaming supplier International Game Technology (IGT) has re-elected seven of the company’s eight directors at its 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, with one of Ader Investment Management’s three nominees also elected.

David Roberson, a former chairman of IGT’s audit committee was the only IGT director not to be re-elected, with his position on the board going to Ader Group nominee Daniel B. Silvers.

“On behalf of the entire board, Patti Hart and I would like to thank David Roberson, who was not re-elected, for his many contributions to the company,” said Philip G Satre, chairman of IGT’s board of directors.
