US gaming and lottery supplier Scientific Games Corporation has appointed Andrew Tomback as senior vice president and general counsel.
Tomback started his new role earlier this week and joins the company with 25 years of experience in government service, business and private practice.
Prior to joining Scientific Games, Tomback was a partner at Zuckerman, Spaeder LLP, a Washington DC-based litigation firm where he was a key litigator in the firm's New York office. Before that, he was a partner at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCloy LLP.
Prior to entering private practice, Tomback was deputy general counsel of the Resolution Trust Corporation, and also served as Assistant US Attorney in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney's Office, Southern District of New York.

Shares in Scientific Games Corporation (Co. Data) (NASDAQ:SGMS) closed at $17.41 per share in New York yesterday, down 1.97 per cent in trading.
