Canada’s British Columbia Lottery Corporation will implement new post-employment restrictions following a review into the departure of its previous CEO Michael Graydon.

Graydon resigned as CEO earlier this year in January, leaving his role in March, to pursue an opportunity in the private sector with a company affiliated with casino operator Paragon Gaming.

The British Columbia government was asked to review the circumstances regarding the exit of the BCLC’s CEO to a gaming service provider to determine if there was a conflict of interest or a breach of confidentiality.
