US gaming and lottery supplier International Game Technology (IGT) has appointed David Flinn as regional vice president for Canada, where he will be responsible for all facets of IGT’s product lines in the country.

Effective immediately, Flinn’s new role will see him take responsibility for casino and casino systems, video lottery terminal (VLT) and VLT systems, interactive gaming and traditional lottery.

It excludes the Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG)’s interactive operations, which is supported in collaboration by IGT’s Interactive division.

Flinn reports to Nick Khin, SVP North America sales and strategic accounts, and Jay Gendron, SVP WLA North America. He will be based in IGT’s New Brunswick, Canada office.

A gaming industry veteran, Flinn has extensive experience including senior positions with IGT, serving as executive vice president of business development for Atlantic Lottery Corporation, and as a director of sales for GTECH S.p.A with SPIELO.

“David continues to build upon his winning track record of helping his customers excel across both the gaming and lottery segments,” said Khin. “His expertise and ability to cultivate outstanding long-term business partnerships position IGT to drive further positive momentum in Canada.

“David’s talent for understanding his customers’ needs and delivering best-in-class solutions demonstrates how well he represents IGT’s Customer First approach.”
