German online lottery broker Lotto24 has appointed chief information officer Kai Hannemann as a member of the company's executive board with effect from July 1st.
As the newest member of the board, Hannemann will head the departments of IT strategy, systems, processes and operations. In addition, he will be responsible for B2G (business-to-government) activities, as well as process and innovation management.
He has over 25 years of experience in software development, planning, developing and implementing complex IT systems, as well as managing companies in the IT sector.
Hannemann joined Lotto24 in February 2014 from his position as managing director of Partner Solutions and has since set up the entire IT organisation and infrastructure for the operator.

The Executive Board now comprises Kai Hannemann, chief executive officer Petra von Strombeck, and chief financial officer Magnus von Zitzewitz.
Shares in Lotto24 AG (Co. Data) (FRA:LO24) closed in Frankfurt Thursday at €4.79 per share.
