David O'Reilly has stepped down as chairman of London-listed gaming technology provider GAN after nearly thirteen years in the role, with non-executive director Seamus McGill assuming his position.
McGil is president of mobile software provider Joingo and a veteran of the US casino industry with 18 years’ experience with the likes of Aristocrat Technologies, Cyberview Technology, WMS Gaming and Mikohn Gaming.
