Sydney-listed gaming supplier Aristocrat Leisure is searching for a new finance chief following the departure of Toni Korsanos, who has chosen not to relocate to North America.

Aristocrat is relocating the CFO role to its Las Vegas operations from next March, following CEO Trevor Coker’s transition to North America later this year.

The supplier said that the relocation of the CFO role would help ensure continuation of the successful partnership between the CEO and CFO, consistent with the interests of the business.

Incumbent CFO and company secretary Korsanos has decided not to relocate to Las Vegas for family reasons, with a global search for her successor now underway.

“Aristocrat is fortunate to have an outstanding CFO and company secretary in Toni Korsanos, who has been instrumental to Aristocrat’s turnaround and growth as the key finance and strategy partner both to myself and former CEO Jamie Odell,” Coker commented.

“Toni’s legacy at Aristocrat is broad and impressive. It includes the delivery of sustained and outstanding group performance against all key financial metrics across her tenure, together with transformative M&A, a strong cultural impact and the development of many talented leaders who are well positioned to build on Toni’s achievements into the future.”

Shares in Aristocrat Leisure Limited (Co. Data) (ASX:ALL) were trading up 1.09 per cent at AUD$21.41 per share in Sydney Friday.
