Stockholm-listed gaming operator Betsson has appointed Roderick Spiteri Schillig to its corporate communications team as head of employer branding and external relations.
Schillig joins the company from LeoVegas, where he served as head of communications, having previously been in charge of marketing and communications at the Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA).
As part of Betsson’s corporate communications team, Schillig will assume responsibility for relations with trade media and local media in Malta, acting as a spokesperson for the company and helping to shape and implement Betsson Group’s employer value proposition and employer branding strategy.

"Roderick’s local knowledge and understanding of the iGaming industry will help us convey our message and share the Betsson experience."

Shares in Betsson AB (STO:BETS-B) were trading up 0.82 per cent at SEK53.02 per share in Stockholm Monday morning, having set a new 52-week low of SEK51.61 per share on July 5th.
