Casino supplier NetEnt has appointed Lars Johansson as its interim chief financial officer.

Johansson fills the role vacated by Therese Hillman following her promotion to group chief executive in May.

He begins as interim CFO today (September 3rd) and brings more than 30 years of experience to the role from various sectors.

Johansson most recently served as senior investment director and acting CEO at Swedish private equity firm Ratos, prior to which he held CFO and COO roles at Swedavia, TV4 Group and Orc Software.

Shares in Netent AB (STO:NET-B) were trading up 1.95 per cent on the news at SEK37.10 per share in Stockholm Monday morning.
