New York-listed Scientific Games has announced the departure of vice chairman Gavin Isaacs.

Isaacs resigned from his position and the company’s board of directors on December 3rd.

He was appointed vice chairman in August 2016 when Kevin Sheehan was named to replace him as chief executive officer.

Isaacs served as chief executive of Scientific Games between June 2014 and August 2016, prior to which he served as CEO of SHFL entertainment and chief operating officer of Bally Technologies. He oversaw the sale of SHFL to Bally in 2013, and led Scientific Games’ $5.1bn merger with Bally in 2014.

Shares in Scientific Games Corp. (NSQ:SGMS) closed in New York Friday down 5.81 per cent at $16.86 per share.
