London-listed betting and gaming operator Rank Group has appointed Guoco Group president and CEO Tang Hong Cheong as a non-executive director.
Hong Cheong has served as president and CEO of Guoco Group, which owns a majority 52 per cent stake in Rank, since 2016 and joins the company’s board with immediate effect.
