US casino operator MGM Resorts International has expanded its board with the appointment of Keith Meister as an independent director.
Meister is currently managing partner and chief investment officer of New York-based hedge fund Corvex Management, which beneficially owns approximately 3 per cent of MGM's outstanding shares.
He has extensive boardroom experience and previously served as a director on the boards of Yum! Brands, The Williams Companies, The ADT Corporation, Ralcorp Holdings, Motorola/Motorola Mobility and American Casino [...]
