French gaming operator PMU has made a double change to its leadership team with the appointment of Emmanuelle Malecaze-Doublet as marketing director and Céline Lelièvre as chief financial officer.

Malecaze-Doublet replaces Gérard Callegari, who has been appointed strategic advisor to PMU chief executive Cyril Linette.

Malecaze-Doublet, a graduate of HEC Paris, joined PMU in 2018 as chief financial officer, having previously worked for consulting firm McKinsey & Company.

She is replaced in the CFO role by Céline Lelièvre, who moves from her current role as financial planning and analyst director, a position she has held since joining the company in 2014.
