European lottery and sports betting operator SAZKA Group
has appointed Kenneth Morton as chief financial officer (CFO).
Morton will take up his new position next month, replacing
incumbent CFO Peter Stohr who will remain with the business until the end of
March to ensure a smooth transition.
Morton brings extensive experience in capital markets and
M&A to the role, having previously served as head of corporate finance at
