The U.S Attorney's Office for the Western District of Missouri has confirmed that a tenth Kansas City resident has pleaded guilty in a federal court for his role in conducting an illegal online gambling business targeting the U.S market.
Beth Phillips, United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri, said that James J Moretina yesterday pleaded guilty before U.S Magistrate Judge Robert E Larsen to the charge contained in a March 9th federal indictment.
