Belgium’s Council of Ministers has approved two draft royal decrees on licenses for online gaming, paving the way for implementation of the country’s new gambling laws.
The approval comes two weeks after the council approved similar decrees for the licensing of betting shops and newsagents accepting bets.
The latest decrees concern the administrative aspects of licensing an online gaming operator, including the application process and the prerequisites for licensing.
