CBAC Gaming, the investment group led by Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Rock Gaming, has been granted a licence to operate a video lottery terminal (VLT) facility by the U.S state of Maryland.
CBAC Gaming plans to invest more than $300m to develop Harrah's Baltimore casino in downtown Baltimore. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2013, with the opening scheduled for the second quarter of 2014.
