Playtech Limited has appointed David Mathewson as the company’s new chief financial officer, replacing executive board member Shuki Barak who took over as interim CFO following the departure of Guy Emodi in 2008.
Mathewson has been serving as non-executive director and chairman of Playtech’s audit and risk committees since June 10th 2010, and will begin his new role after the company’s Annual General Meeting on May 25th 2011.
