Lottomatica Group S.p.A. has announced that Stefano Bortoli has stepped down from his role as the company’s chief financial officer in order to pursue a new professional path.
Bortoli was appointed as Lottomatica’s CFO in May 2007, having previously served as CFO of the company’s Italian operations.
As GTECH senior vice president and CFO of Lottomatica, Bortoli was responsible for managing the financial strategy for Lottomatica and its operating businesses.
