Digital sports content provider Perform Group has acquired the leading sports website in the Netherlands, Voetbalzone, in a transaction valued at up to €12.5m.
Voetbalzone attracts an average of two million unique users each month to its coverage of world football and is ranked as the sixth largest sports website by comScore.
