The Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) has advised disgruntled Full Tilt Poker customers to contact the police if they believe they are a victim of crime.
The Alderney regulator says now that it longer licences Full Tilt, it has no “authority to intermediate or arbitrate on player issues or disputes with Full Tilt”. However, this lack of authority does not extend to players registered under a Swiss address, for reasons unknown at the time of publication.
