Playtech and Scientific Games (SG) have agreed to restructure their online gaming partnership in line with the existing relationship between SG’s Global Draw subsidiary and Playtech’s Videobet.
The restructured agreement will see the Sciplay related entities become wholly owned subsidiaries of Scientific Games, with Playtech licensing its online gaming software to SG on a mutually non-exclusive basis for use by certain categories of SG’s customers, including U.S. casinos and lotteries worldwide.
