Online bingo operator Bingo.com has raised net proceeds of $450,000 through the closing of an additional private placement of 1m common shares, which the company will use to fund the worldwide launch of its social bingo game Trophy Bingo.
Bingo.com has closed an additional private placement of 1m of the company’s common shares at $0.45 per share to raise net proceeds of $450,000. The shares have been placed with a non-US private company.
