New Jersey’s Senate Government and Wagering Committee yesterday voted in favour of an online gambling bill sponsored by Senators Raymond Lesniak and Jim Whelan, prompting threats of legal action from the state’s horse racing industry.
The committee voted 3-0 in favour of S1565, which authorises online gambling at Atlantic City casinos.
