Playtech has secured a €4.2m discount for bringing forward payment of the remaining initial consideration due on its acquisition of PT Turnkey Services Limited (PTTS).
The company has agreed to settle the outstanding initial consideration in one payment of €76m, representing a nominal discount of 5.2 per cent, using part of its available banking facilities.
