The German state of Schleswig-Holstein issued a further three online sports betting licences Monday, with the chairman of the SPD faction of the ruling coalition government expressing his regret that the operators are from Malta and Gibraltar.
“We regret that again, licenses are granted to betting operators in Malta and Gibraltar,” said SPD chairman Ralf Stegner. “This is because of the poor gaming legislation pushed through by the previous coalition, which will soon be repealed.”
