The Greek government has this week notified the European Commission of draft regulations which it seeks to introduce that would create a blacklist of online gaming operators in Greece and impose fines of up to €1,000 per gaming session on Greek gamblers using unlicensed sites.
Tuesday’s notification to the European Commission sets out a host of sanctions against Greek internet service providers (ISPs), citizens, gambling operators and media.
