Gaming Realms, the online and mobile gaming operator founded by the team behind Foxy Bingo operator Cashcade, is to begin trading on London’s Alternative Investment Market today after its reverse takeover of Pursuit Dynamics was ratified by the company’s shareholders.
Shareholders approved resolutions by a margin of over 90 per cent to acquire Gaming Realms alongside social games studio BeJig and mobile casino developer AlchemyBet, including a placing to raise £3.4m.
