Sweden’s Tax Agency has upheld its decision to hand casino games developer Net Entertainment a SEK92.1m (€10.7m) tax bill, with the company set to appeal the ruling in the country’s Administrative Court.
The Tax Agency determined that Net Entertainment was liable to pay additional taxes following an audit of the Stockholm-listed company’s dealings with its Malta-based subsidiary.
